2. Financial assistance – Early-career outcomes & accessibility
First job and first decade outcomes after college are critical. And form the yardsticks by which measure our programs’ effectiveness.
CI creates globally engaged, career-ready graduates. On average, CI alums get hired 3x faster and secure starting salaries 30% higher than their direct peers (by alma mater and major) right out of college.
(By contrast, nearly half of new graduates (in the US) are under-employed. And damningly, three-quarters of graduates who start out underemployed remain so a decade later.)
Our outcomes-oriented, workplace-based experiential education programs provide a vital (and effective) bridge between education and employment.
Accordingly, we endeavor to make our programs as accessible as they are effective. All students are entitled to financial assistance (up to $2,013.00 USD) from our employer-subsidized in-house student aid fund.
