Being one of the departments of the largest and oldest agricultural university in Poland, we focus our efforts in the field of education on the processes taking place in the natural environment. We strive to ensure that our graduate is a competent engineer who understands the essence of engineering solutions and their relationship to natural objects. The sphere of didactics is inextricably linked with research and interdisciplinary research and development in the field of technique, technology, organization and management of production in agriculture, agri-food industry, forestry and the use of biological resources as energy sources. Our research is guided by the idea of sustainable development and special care for people and the preservation of the natural environment as the highest value for humanity.
