Piotr Powałka
a graduate of Agricultural and Forest Technology at the Faculty of Agricultural and Forest Technology of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences
He was born in 1970 in Bartoszyce. After graduating from the Agricultural Technical School, he “emigrated” to Warsaw, where he began studies at the Main School of Fire Service, which he changed after two years by choosing the Mechanization of Forestry in the field of Agricultural and Forest Technology at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
In 1998, he defended his master’s thesis in the field of Forwarder exploitation costs analysis in the Bory Tucholskie Forest District.
During his studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, he cooperated with the student government in organizing a regular event on the campus called Ursynalia. I was responsible for the so-called sound system for events and many concerts at the Na Przyzbie club. In this club, for approx. He was a “disco presenter” for 7 years.
During his studies, in 1998, he started cooperation with one of the largest American Kraft Foods corporations. For 5 years I was a Sales Representative in Warsaw. After that, he took the position of Area Sales Manager in Mazowieckie. The managerial career at Kraft Foods lasted 10 years. He held several very interesting positions, from managing a group of 15 Sales Representatives, to cooperation with Vanselling and managing a wholesale market worth about 100 million annually.
After 15 years of cooperation with Kraft Foods, he changed his place of employment and moved to Wyborowa Pernod Ricard to the position of Area Sales Manager.
Paweł Nowakowski
graduate of the faculties of Mechanics at the Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, Car Construction at the Warsaw University of Technology and Production Engineering at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Warsaw
He completed postgraduate studies in management of the INTERNATIONAL MBA at the French Institute of Management in Paris. He gained practical experience in improving business processes, first as a process improvement engineer and project manager at Kraft Jacobs Suchard in Strasbourg, and later as a consultant to the French IDEF advisory group. In the years 1995-1997 he was the director of the Polish branch of IDEF.
Founder and chief consultant of the company since 1998 AMC Advanced Manufacturing Consulting and Training . Designs and, together with the staff of trainers, conducts training and consulting programs for production companies in the areas of improving the production process by implementing solutions in the field of 6Sigma, Lean Management and parametric computer optimization of the process using artificial intelligence algorithms. He is a partner of Lanner Group Limited – a leader in optimization of business processes and Mott MacDonald UK specializing in the implementation of industrial investments in BIM technology. He has several years of experience in implementing classic methods of improving the Lean-6Sigma process, such as 5S, SMED, KAIZEN, TPM, FMEA, SPC, DOE, Work Standardization, KANBAN, VSM Value Stream Analysis, Poka Yoke, Mini Companies, Quality Circles, PDCA, DMAIC , Toyota Problem Analysis Methods, Performance Management and creativity development programs and employee involvement in continuous improvement of the production process. Among the clients with whom he had the pleasure to work are well-known production companies that are leaders in their industries, such as: Ardagh Glass, Avon, CocaCola, Bridgestone, Delphi Automotive, Faurecia Automotive, GlaxoSmithKline, GoodYear, Kompania Piwowarska, MARS, Pilkington, Philips, Rexam, Thomson, Unilever, Valeo and many more. Together with the management of the companies, he carried out activities aimed at achieving specific results reflected in the improvement of the company’s efficiency and profitability.
He has developed many effective implementation programs in the area of improving the competence of personnel management in manufacturing companies. He has successfully implemented comprehensive leadership competencies development programs for middle and senior management and creating an atmosphere for teamwork and continuous process improvement by line personnel. He also deals with the implementation of the latest methods of process improvement and optimization with the use of advanced computer simulations of production processes and the logistics chain. Author of articles and publications on innovative methods of business process optimization using computer simulations. He lectured at postgraduate studies in process management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. He speaks English and French.
Michał Prząda
a graduate of the Faculty of Production Engineering, born in 2012. Author of an engineering thesis on cogeneration units. Open and focused on personal development
After graduating from engineering studies, he was employed by the Italian company Metallurgica Abruzzese as a fence construction engineer for A1 and A2 motorway projects.
After the contract ended, he directed his steps towards the international Marriott corporation. For 1.5 years he gained experience as a Marketing Assistant at Warsaw Marriott Hotel. There he got to know the mechanisms governing a large enterprise. Thanks to this experience, he decided to tie his professional career to marketing.
The combination of analytical skills acquired during studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the development of knowledge in the field of marketing resulted in the admission to the position of a Marketing Specialist. Of PR and Marketing in Zakłady Metalcutting Ro-Ma Sp. Z oo in July 2014.
In his daily activities, he successfully combines a passion for science, knowledge gained during engineering studies and creativity developed during his professional career.
Privately, he is passionate about motorization and good cuisine. He has published several articles for magazines and entries on well-known automotive blogs, with an emphasis on rallies. He regularly takes part in KJS rallies and Track Day events. He spends his free time cooking for family and friends.
