Principles of semester settlement and registration for the next semester

The settlement of the semester is made on the basis of electronic protocols approved and sent to the Dean’s Office in electronic and paper form the next day after completion of the resit credit session . The protocols are filled in, approved and sent to the Dean’s Office by the lecturer responsible for the subject. Registration of the semester takes place within 14 working days from the date of the end of the retake session.

§ 22 sec. 1 of the study regulations of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences

A student who has not obtained the required number of ECTS points specified in the program for a given period of study or has not obtained a credit for physical education classes may – upon his written request submitted within 7 days after the end of the resit credit session – obtain consent for conditional enrollment for the next semester, provided that the accumulated deficit of ECTS points to date does not exceed:

1. 10 ECTS credits for 1st year students.
2. 12 ECTS credits for students of subsequent years

§ 22 clause 3 of the Rules of Study of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences

If the deficit referred to in paragraph 1 is higher, the student may apply to repeat the semester, but this does not apply to the first semester. A written application in this matter is submitted by the student within 7 days from the end of the resit examination session.

Failure to submit the application referred to in § 22 para. 1 and 2 is treated as a resignation from studies and the Dean strikes him off the list of students.

The dean may, exceptionally , set an additional deadline for completing the course outside the session, within 2 weeks of its completion, only at the student’s request (submitted after the end of the retake exam session) esresla from the list of students. and after consulting responsible for the item, in the event of important and documented circumstances random events occurring in the process (not before or after) correction session . The application must be submitted within 7 days from the end of the correction session (§ 19 item 8 of the Rules of Study of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences).
